Areas I Support
Anxiety
Anxiety can manifest in many forms, from persistent worry to panic attacks. Together, we can explore the root causes of your anxiety and develop practical coping strategies. Focus areas include understanding anxiety triggers, developing grounding techniques, and building confidence in managing anxious thoughts and feelings.
Depression
Depression affects everyone differently, often involving feelings of sadness, emptiness, or loss of interest in daily activities. Our sessions can help you understand your experience and work toward reconnection with yourself and others. We'll focus on identifying patterns, building self-compassion, and developing strategies for moving forward.
Relationship Difficulties
Relationships can bring both joy and challenges, whether with partners, family, friends, or colleagues. Therapy provides space to explore relationship patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier boundaries. We'll work on understanding your relationship dynamics and building skills for more fulfilling connections.
Low Self-Esteem
Low self-esteem can impact every area of life, from personal relationships to career decisions. Through therapy, you can explore the origins of self-critical thoughts and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Focus areas include challenging negative self-talk, recognising your strengths, and building genuine self-worth.
General Wellbeing
Sometimes you might feel that something isn't quite right but can't pinpoint exactly what it is. Therapy can help you explore feelings of dissatisfaction, life transitions, stress, or simply a desire for personal growth. We'll work together to clarify your goals and develop strategies for living more authentically and meaningfully.
